If you made a purchase and did not receive the item, please first check whether the payment was successfully completed in your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
If the purchase shows as completed but the item is missing, you’ll need to contact Player Support directly via the game app so they can look into the transaction securely.
Here’s how:
Open the game Tap the cogwheel (Settings) Select Account & Help Tap Help Center Choose the topic that matches your issue, scroll to the bottom and tap Contact Us
That will send your request directly to the Support team so they can look into it properly.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
