Hi @LaBetty Welcome to the Community 🤗 sorry to hear that on two occasions you haven't had your gold bars credited to you when you've won your race.
I've always got my gold bars when I've won, but I have had times when I haven't actually had the flag to take part. Did you check to make sure you was connected to the internet when you didn't receive your gold? If you was it probably happened because of a problem with the King server.
Could be an idea to take screenshots in future, before and after your race. Then if you don't receive your gold, send a message to Player Support with the screenshots and see if they can help 🤔
