I recently completed level 10,001 on Candy Crush Saga. I was on a 20 game winning streak using the super color bomb. Logged out for a awhile, came back and my streak and super color bomb disappeared. I was playing to win Candy Crush Royal.

Losing a win streak in Candy Crush often results from app crashes, internet connection issues, or closing the app, even without losing a level.
