Depends of your device to play game . To change your payment details in your Apple-ID, Google Play or Microsoft account, please contact Apple, Google or Microsoft.

If you play on Facebook, then check with Facebook Support on how to edit or remove your payment details. I also found this page on Facebook Support.

Your bank details aren't stored in your game, so your game being hacked isn't an issue unless you use the same password for your game and app Store.

Your bank details are stored in the Store of the operating system that your device runs on. That is, if you play on an Android device then your bank details are stored in the Play Store.

To remove your bank details on Android:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap Menu > Account > Payment methods > More payment settings.
Sign in at pay.google.com if prompted.
In the browser, tap Menu > Payment methods.
Find the payment method you want to remove.
Tap Remove and confirm.
