why can’t we get free gold bars after we win a game

You can't get free gold bars after we win a level [although that would be cool]. But there is a way to get free gold bars. Let me list some examples:

Like you, most of our Candy Crush Saga players would love to win more gold bars! Unfortunately, it is unlikely that gold bars will be earned by passing a single level in the game.
Please bear in mind that changes are constantly being made to the game itself and its rewards to help keep our players engaged and enjoying new sweet adventures! The developers often test new features and evaluate possible improvements to ensure our games are well-balanced and enjoyable.
