Ads offered for rewards are crashing the game!

I am abandoning this game like never before. The awards offered by watching ads to continue a board are crashing. The more this continues the less time I am playing.

I don’t get ads, do I need to buy an android phone to get ads?

It us unfortunate that some ads do not work as intended. The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues is to use the process described in the following article from our Help Center.

👉How to report an ad in your game

In addition to reporting ads, you might find the following tips helpful:

When you tap on the "x" button and it redirects to the advertiser's website, you might try to tap on the "back" button on your device. It might return you to the game but you might or might not get the reward for watching the ad.
On some ads, there is a "button" in a bottom corner of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.

It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely.

We want the game to bring you joy, not frustration.
