I bought a sweet pass but i didn’t get my boasters but they took money from my account please help
Correct me if I am wrong, @christinewupp but I think there is a slight misunderstanding on 'overlooks' did you mean oversees? @MountainMom seems to give lots of help in discussions, while most of the other moderators mainly stick to the support tab. For me, (American English) overlooks means does not pay attention to, and oversees means takes care of.
Hi @christinewupp, I don't overlook the Discussions section, but I don't always reply if I cannot be helpful. Frankly, I often find replies by members such as you to be more helpful.
As a volunteer, I am not in the Community 24/7. So, I truly appreciate the time you and other Community members spend helping others.

Actually johamilton is only Solitaire moderator, not Candy Crush Saga.
kiara will answer any post that no one else has answered but does not respond to tags.
MountainMom tends to oversee (edited 18th Feb, see below) the Discussions forum I think.
Generally I have found that the game experts or kiara will pick up any questions we do not answer, but the moment anyone does answer they then don't respond. So it's best to leave the posts we cannot help with unanswered.

Unfortunately, we can’t restore missing items directly here in the Community, but the Player Support team can help you out.
Please reach out to them through your game by tapping the gear icon ⚙️ → Account & Help → ? Help Center → Select the topic of your issue, scroll all the way down and select “Chat With Us.”
Include the receipt for the transaction in question, and they’ll gladly double-check this for you.
