You need an internet connection or mobile data plan to play all of King's games online @Swalihsinan. You need to be 'online' to download one of the game apps to your PC, laptop, or phone.
If you are asking if Candy Crush can be played as a browser game then the main game can't, but King has issued a new game based on Candy Crush called Candy Crushable
