why my account does not have get ads?

In Candy Crush Saga, ads (like extra moves or rewards) are not guaranteed for every account. They depend on different factors such as testing groups, availability in your region, and other technical conditions. This means some players may have ads while others don’t, and they can also appear or disappear over time.
Unfortunately, we can’t manually add ads to an account from here in the Community.

Even with that, ads are still not guaranteed but they may return in the future as features rotate.
