I've watched the youtube videos on how to pass it but since the update the fish will not go after the blocks so the only way i see passing the level is spending money buying lollipop hammers to take out the blocks. Is this a problem for anyone else?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
