Even though I'm level 10,000, the game is making me start from level 1.
The same thing is happening to me. I've been having the same problem for days. Why hasn't the game opened properly on Facebook for days? Before the King Games site was taken over by Facebook, I used to play on your site. At least it was more stable. Now that it's one-way Facebook, it causes us to lose many of our rights when problems arise. I wish the King Games site would add new games here as an alternative so we could try them out. By the way, this update you mentioned is unfortunately not available on PC Facebook. You can only uninstall and reinstall the game. Even when you uninstall it, the game reinstalls itself. Please tell your team to fix this. It's really starting to get frustrating. Edge doesn't work, it's extremely slow and freezes. Chrome is up-to-date and it still won't open properly. Please fix this urgently. This wasn't the case before. I can't access my progress at all.

I've been playing on the same browser and via Facebook for years. This is a problem caused by you, and it's still the same after days. I was forced to write here because you haven't contacted me via email and haven't resolved the issue. It's not my Edge browser, but it's crashing; it can't run the game. It was incredibly slow. Chrome is a browser I use frequently, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Please resolve the issue permanently and don't leave us inconvenienced. I've been seriously disappointed by your actions for the past few days. I wish you had offered King Games Site as an alternative. Then I would never have chosen Facebook. And because you always add your new games to mobile, I never had the chance to try them. I've been playing on PC for years. Please remember that this is urgent and frustrating, and that this isn't just a problem for me, but for many of your players. I would appreciate it if you could inform me via email. If you write here, I will try to find and read it. I'm still having difficulty adjusting to this environment, and it's not my preferred area.
