I've written this feedback to your contact list repeatedly. I've sent emails. If it was your fault, why didn't you send informative emails to your users? I'm someone who constantly communicates via email; I don't usually write here unless absolutely necessary. But it's reached a maddening level. And then you respond with an automated assistant asking us to do things we already know, making the situation even more frustrating! Please stop breaking things. Stop breaking things that are working. Because I've been emailing you about the shortcomings in your game for years, and I see no progress. Please, can you finally work more consistently and make corrections? And please, when updating something, remember to back it up so that users and you don't encounter such ridiculous problems. It's a basic rule. Everyone always backs up before doing anything new. How can you overlook such a simple principle? Edge isn't my browser, and I could barely open it yesterday. I was absolutely furious. Because it was so slow and sluggish, the system couldn't handle it. That's why I've been using Chrome for years without any problems, and I'm used to it. We don't accept vague answers. We want you to resolve the issue quickly. At the very least, instead of sharing it publicly, we expect you to send informative emails to users. I still don't understand why you don't have accessible, stable email addresses when even other less popular game owners do?!
