Other accounts on the same PC are OK. Tried Chrome incognito mode, able to play only or 1 level, back to monster issue. Looks like cache issue at King's end. Need help pl.
Hi @CherylTeoh and sorry about this 😞 If you’ve already tried multiple browsers + Incognito and it keeps coming back (while other accounts on the same PC are fine), it may be account-specific on the Facebook version.
Best workaround: install the game from Windows app (Microsoft Store) and sign in with your Facebook to sync progress, it’s generally more stable than Facebook.
If it still won’t load, please contact Player Support and include your screenshot + Player ID if you can so they can take a closer look.

That's great to hear as I've been a bit worried. Give my love to your grandma. It's good to hear she's still active. For the record it's her who inspired me to try playing more than one account, back in the days. I love the cat account.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
