I don’t think this level can be beat without boosters and/or gold to buy more moves. Prove me wrong. (Note, this is not the 16640 level that videos exist showing people beating the level).
I have managed to beat a very similar looking level after many attempts using both starting boosters plus one lollipop or hand switch. I have also beaten it using one UFO near the end. I have described my method here:
I don't believe these levels have a no boosters solution.
The good news is that this event will be over by the beginning of next week, so if you wait until then this level will disappear and get replaced with a different one.
This is one of the Adventure Sagas levels. They usually replace the finale of an episode, and if completed, counts as a normal win.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
