Recent Crashes 2/21/26 - (Edited by CM: Reported to the Studio)!

Hi everyone,

Thanks again for reporting the recent freezing/crashing. I’ve checked internally and at the moment we’re not seeing a large spike in crash reports, so I’d like to gather a bit more detail to understand what’s going on.

Some of you have provided the platform you are currently having this issue on but not everyone so ff you’re still experiencing this issue, could you please share:

Which platform you’re playing on (iOS, Android, Facebook in browser, Windows app, etc.)
Is the game still crashing and how many times has it crashed since yesterday?

This will help us identify whether this is platform-specific or linked to something else. If you’re playing on Facebook in a browser, please mention that specifically, (we have another issue being investigated for Facebook crashes).

Unfortunately, even when it is plainly their fault, you won't get a sensible answer from King and they will always blame the players device and memory.

King's response is stuck in the past as today's devices are just as powerful as computers and the majority of people playing this game now have super fast broadband.

I am sorry to say that all you can do is keep playing the best you can until King realise they have a problem and fix it.

I'm playing on an iOS platform (iPhone). It's happening after each win and has happened mutliple times on 2/23 and 2/24). I've lost boosters and gold bars (used gold bars to buy moves and right before winning the level, the game froze).

using iOS. I have been having the game crash a lot lately. I even bought a new phone because I thought my phone was too full and apps couldn’t get updated. Brand new phone, same thing. Today I had a super candy was playing a candy ball and it froze and when I closed and reopened my super candy ball was gone and I got no offer of a consolation gift. I’ve been playing since almost the beginning and I am getting tired of this game. Seems like it’s always another problem. See attached photo.

I had 24 moves and the super candy ball! Now it put me at regular play no super balls. No offer of even a spaceship to assist. Yall need to get this fixed. I’m out unless until this gets fixed for me. I’ve spent a small fortune on this game and I’m sick of using real money on a game that is ripping me off of earned rewards.

no consolation reward either time What I notice has changed is now the booster I used isn’t showing up on my screen so when old screen shot there is no proof of me having used a booster. Both of these are space ship booster plays. I have updated the app.

I played today hoping that, as it was a new day, another daily stamp, the game would unlock. It's worse than yesterday. Yesterday I could play one level after closing/reopening, today I need 2-3 closes/reopens.

Several players have reported consistent crashes since the recent update, especially near level completion after using boosters.

Is this currently being investigated as a known issue?

And is there an estimated timeframe for a fix?

Many of us are losing progress, gold bars, and winning streaks. It would be helpful to know whether this is acknowledged as a system-level issue rather than a device or connection problem.

Hello @gtamanaha. We are happy to hear the audio issue has been fixed, but we also understand your frustration when your game freezes. Have you seen the articles in the 👉Technical Help👈 section of our Help Center? In that section, you can choose a tab for your device/platform and then select the article regarding why games keep crashing or freezing.

in the last week, you guys fixed the playing podcast issue but now a new issue. My game play keeps freezing. Though you gave some free items like flying saucers or lollipops, I still lost more item. Please fix
