Oven bake side game did not pay the gold

The original 5 levels worked fine like usual and paid off fine. Final level paid off 2 party poppers. This week 3 new levels were added and final level was supposed to pay 25 gold. It happened on three devices ( 1 android phone, and two ipads. ) It said "Congratulations ,prize claimed. The game ended last night at around 3am et. What happened?

We’re really sorry to hear that you did not receive the 25 gold bars you expected for winning the Episode Race. Please bear in mind that changes are constantly being made to the game itself and its rewards to help keep our players engaged and enjoying new sweet adventures! Developers often test changes with a limited number of players, but we do not know which players are affected.

Unfortunately, we can’t resolve issues related to in-game rewards directly here in the Community. However, King's Player Support team can help you out.

Please reach out to them through your game by tapping the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of your issue, scroll all the way down and select “Chat With Us.”
