The automated messages aren't a reply they are just an acknowledgement of the email that you sent @DVader
I agree with you that dealing with Player Support is tiresome. Once you have received the automated response you gave to wait 72 hours. If you don't then don't receive a message from an agent you have to reply to the automated response stating that you still have a problem.
Hi, I've tried this several times. King Support always responds with an automated message telling me to register on the forum. It's getting tiresome.

Even after deleting Candy Crush Saga, the old game score is still being loaded, so I need help from support.
This can happen when you delete the app, but do not clear the cache and cookies of your browser before reinstalling the game.
If you read the article I linked this is mentioned in there. Also because you play through Facebook the article says that you will have to contact King Player Support to get your game reset to level 1.
Hi, my problem is exactly the opposite. I would like to reset my progress on Facebook to Level 1 and not continue my old Facebook progress.
