Ads that last forever

I have been playing candy crush for years. I have always had ads which was no problem. But now they go on forever and when I try to stop them after lots of times watching them, it kicks me out of my game and reloads candy crush. What is up with that? Specific ones, Temu and now Amazon.

Unfortunately, some ads do not work as intended. The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues with ads is to use the process described in the following article from our Help Center.

In addition to reporting ads, you might find the following tips helpful:

When you tap on the "x" button and it redirects to the advertiser's website, you might try to tap on the "back" button on your device. It might return you to the game but you might or might not get the reward for watching the ad.
On some ads, there is a button in a bottom corner of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.

It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely.
