Congratulations for your progress. while in the past there were banners for many levels, with the new frames only certain levels and events will grant avatar frames, such as level 20,000.
if you’d like to check which frames you currently have available, you can do that directly in the game:
Tap your profile picture on the top of the Saga map (where you can also see your inventory):
Select Edit:
Then go to the Frames tab:
There you’ll see all the frames unlocked on your account and can switch between them.
If you don’t see any new ones right now, it simply means there isn’t an active frame reward available for your account at the moment but keep an eye on special events and milestone levels
