Why does game not restore my placement and awards after it crashes?

I have been having the game crash a lot lately. I even bought a new phone because I thought my phone was too full and apps couldn’t get updated. Brand new phone, same thing. Today I had a super candy was playing a candy ball and it froze and when I closed and reopened my super candy ball was gone and I got no offer of a consolation gift. I’ve been playing since almost the beginning and I am getting tired of this game. Seems like it’s always another problem. See attached photo.

I had 24 moves and the super candy ball! Now it put me at regular play no super balls. No offer of even a spaceship to assist. Yall need to get this fixed. I’m out unless until this gets fixed for me. I’ve spent a small fortune on this game and I’m sick of using real money on a game that is ripping me off of earned rewards.

update!! Happened two times in last 5 minutes. Always slams shut when using a special candy! First time it made me lose my super candy ball. See screen shots;

no consolation reward either time.

and there is more…. No apps running in background, up to date phone, all updates installed. You have a problem here.

took away my super candy ball, and didn’t return it in new game after crash. Got a flying saucer.
