Issues with the game and unable to buy gold bags

Firstly, normally when you lose a level the next time you fail at it you can buy more extra move for 10 gold bags. Each time you fail the same level again the moves go out for example for time you lose you can buy extra 5 moves , if you lose twice you can buy extra 15 moves , 3 times 25 moves etc. Well this had been disabled on my account. Also, I tried buying more extra gold bars while in game and that has been stopped too. Is it because I have been doing too well ? I'm very unhappy about this

Hello @jojotinky and welcome to the community. What you seem to describe here is the situation you get if you have no connection to King's servers. Much of the game plays normally if we lose this connection so sometimes we think we are connected when we are not. If you lose connection you cannot make purchases either with money or gold except for buying 5 extra moves at the end of a failed level, in which case the words "offline" offer show up.

I have not heard of King ever deliberately disabling purchases from any player account, so this is certainly not the case here. I suggest you close the app, check your internet connection and reload the app. You might have to do this multiple times. If your problem continues despite being connected to the server go to the Help Centre via settings in the app and scroll through the options there until you see "chat with us" at the bottom. The Chat bot there should put you in touch with player support if it cannot help you solve the problem.
