It's been weeks now and still no help? Can't make any purchases on the game. It's not my phone or Internet, I've tried uninstall and logging out etc but still nothing. Everything else works but not the purchases

This issue has already been flagged and is currently under investigation. At the moment we don’t have a confirmed fix or timeline to share, but the team is aware and looking into it.
