I am not sure who is "refusing to restore" your progress. We are eager to help, but can you provide your information?

Do you play on Facebook or King.com?
On what device are you playing? Do you play on multiple devices?
Have you tried our standard troubleshooting steps?
Have you searched the Save and sync topic in our Help Center?

We look for a quick resolution to your issue.

When you say it’s “refusing to restore,” could you tell me a bit more about what’s happening?

Are you logged into the same account as before (Facebook, Apple, Google, or King account)?
Does the game show level 1, or just a lower level than you expected?
Are you playing on a new device?

Progress is linked to the account you use to log in, so if you’re signed into a different account, it can look like everything is gone, even though it’s still saved.
