refusing to restore my progress

Hi @kiffe79

When you say it’s “refusing to restore,” could you tell me a bit more about what’s happening?

* Are you logged into the same account as before (Facebook, Apple, Google, or King account)?
* Does the game show level 1, or just a lower level than you expected?
* Are you playing on a new device?

Progress is linked to the account you use to log in, so if you’re signed into a different account, it can look like everything is gone, even though it’s still saved.

* Do you play on Facebook or King.com?
* On what device are you playing?  Do you play on multiple devices?
