I have been playing candy crush up until level 16803 and recently I got a new phone. I signed in using apple and none of my level progress is there. Please help!!
Ok, I did it but it started me on level one and doesn’t have the same username as my old device.
Thanks for the update, I was in fact able to confirm that you had a King login which is why I recommended trying to use it as your login method.
Please note that your King account game login is completely different from your Community forum login.
Please try to login with your King account using your email and if you can not remember your password combination, please try to use the "forgot password" option directly
I never had a King account, only apple login. If I try to login with the same login as the forums it says Wrong/Invalid login.

I am sorry to hear that your progress has not transferred to your new device. Could you please log out and log back in but this time please try to login using your King account login instead of your Apple login?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
