Please I need help is there any solution to reset booster wheel timing in Candy crush saga

Hi @sparker1993 and yes, there has been a couple of reports coming from other payers as well so we have reported this to the studio and it's going to be looked at.
Just to double check something, did you happen to travel or changed the device date at any point?

I still have the issue but when I open up the menu the time is right. Havenāt been able to use the booster wheel at all

Just to make sure everything is set correctly now, could you please check:
⢠Is your phoneās date set back to the correct current date? ⢠Is āAutomatic date and timeā turned on in your device settings?
After checking that, please fully close the game and restart your phone before opening the game again.
Also, could you open the Events tab and check the Booster Wheel there?
Does it show the same long timer as on the Saga map, or a different time? If possible, a screenshot would help.
This will help us see whether the timer is still affected by the date change or something else.
@QueenB Thank you very much for your advice, in fact my child accidentally took my phone calendar to 2027 to get a booster wheel, What I mean is to reset this time, if there is a solution to reset the Booster wheel time I would appreciate it

I just want to double-check something with you. Sometimes very long timers can appear if the date or time on the device has changed.
Did you recently travel to a different time zone or adjust your deviceās date and time settings? Even small changes can affect timed features in the game.
Could you please check that:
⢠Your device date and time are set correctly ⢠Automatic date and time is turned on
Also, when you tap on the Booster Wheel, does anything happen? Are you able to open it, or is it completely inactive?
Let me know what you see and weāll take it from there!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingā¦
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseās games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
