Game glitch causes me to lose candy royale

I have a video to prove this too. But the liquorice gear or whatever it is keeps on perpetually falling through and not filling up those squares. So I can’t continue on with the game unless I quit.

I don’t see why I should be penalized for failing a Candy Royale race because of a game glitch.
