Since about a month ago I am not receiving Sweet Cinema and other videos adds,

I have registered my complaints many times to Help center, but not yet resolve the issue,

My playing level is 17957 and playing since many years,

May I know what's going on and what is the solution?

There is no solution to your problem @HafizZia

Not having a particular feature of the game, such as adverts, isn't an issue that needs to be fixed as King make it clear that each and every feature of the game should be considered temporary. This means that having a certain feature in your game is no guarantee that you will always have it just as not having a particular feature doesn't mean you won't get it sometime in the future.

An exception to this is if you make a purchase in your game using real money. If you make a purchase then all of your advert features are removed and you won't get them back for a very long time.

I hope it helps. I would definitely advise against spending more money. the game is a bottomless pit: The more you spend the more the game asks you to spend.

I purchased some stuff with real money and then after everything has been stopped

I will never understand why King punish paying customers the way that they do @HafizZia but it has been this way for a long time now, so I guess they aren't going to stop removing people's adverts.

Just for information purposes, as I know you won't want to stop playing, but it appears that if you do not open your game for a year then you might get your adverts back.

Now what you suggest what should I do?

To be honest I don't think there is a lot you can do at the level range that you have reached. The further along the map you are the more the game seems to be designed about using gold to beat the levels rather than boosters. That is a simplistic way of putting it as you will probably see a mix of levels still even at your level.

If you are stuck on a level then I guess you have run out of boosters and gold. If you are stuck and you haven't run out of boosters then stop using them because if you are stuck then it is a waste of boosters.

The best thing you can do I would say is to stop playing your game for two weeks. I say this because if you stop playing for two weeks the next time you open your game you are normally provided with fourteen moves and some boosters for the next level you play. This might help you complete the level you are stuck on.

Alternatively, instead of trying to complete the level you are stuck on just open your game and collect boosters from the Booster Wheel, Treat Machine and whatever Chocolate Boxes you can do without new levels. Once you have a decent collection of boosters try the level again. The best thing about this method is that once you stop continually trying to complete the level you will realise that the game is just not worth the time and effort, or money.

Don't waste any boosters that you collect though. If you are using all of the pre-game boosters and still failing then try quitting the level with five moves left to play. Whilst lucky boards seem to have been removed from the game I have found that quitting a level can trigger something similar.

Additionally if you have no boosters, try signing out of your game and then playing from level 1. Any boosters you collect will still be available when you sign back into your game.
