hello, yesterday I made an in-game purchase that was supposed to cost 1,790 tenge, but I was charged 4,579 tenge. I wanted to find out why and refund the difference.

I completely understand why this would be concerning. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to billing or payment systems here in the Community, so we can’t see the details behind the charge.
For purchase and refund questions, the best way to get clarity is to contact Player Support directly through the game. You can do this by following these steps:
They’ll be able to review the transaction and explain exactly what happened.
Since the payment was processed through Apple, you may also want to double-check your Apple purchase history to see if multiple items were charged together.
