money has deducted from account but i did not get the gold bars

Thanks for letting us know and I’m sorry this happened.
If money was deducted but the Gold Bars didn’t appear, this needs to be reviewed by our Player Support team, since they can access purchase records.
Please reach out via the game app: Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → select a purchase topic → scroll down → Contact Us and provide them the details of your purchase.
They’ll investigate and either restore the Gold Bars or guide you on the next steps.
You can also check with your app store (Apple / Google Play) to confirm the transaction status if needed.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
