10x accident

I was tapping my screen trying to get through and the placement of the 10x isn’t optimal. I accidentally hit it unintentionally. Is there a way to remove the scoring from that and get it back?

Update: thank you all for your responses. I had set aside a few hundred dollars for booster for all stars. I made the mistake so it’s on me. Bums me out though. I guess I’ll have to try again next year.

It's closer together now than on your screenshot, so maybe that's why no one noted it during the previous events:

I never noticed it myself. I mostly play sideways on the iPad so I can't easily hit the button by mistake with that method as it's way up the top on my horizontal screen, where my fingers would have to stretch to reach. (So there's a benefit of playing sideways that no one could have thought of!)

I don't use the iPhone that much to play, and it's certainly more of an issue with the smaller screens on a phone. Yes, it's a shame no one spotted it.

As I said @christinewupp strange no one mentioned how suboptimal the placement of the tokens where during the Valentine's Quest and the Winter Cup. Much better to highlight issues during the testing phase rather than when trying to win a share of a million dollars.

"Frustrating" is a bit of an understatement: This kind of accidental error would cost a player any chance of winning 250,000 US dollars. It's actually rather a big deal. But of course nothing can be done about it now, it's too late for that.

The 10x Multiplier Tokens activates immediately once it’s selected and the score from that round is counted right away. Because of that, it's not possible to restore the multiplier once it has been used.

I understand it can be frustrating if it was triggered by accident and your feedback about the placement of the button is really helpful though, and I’ll make sure to pass it onto the team.

I very much doubt that King will remove your scoring and give you your token back @mrmilkins in the same way that they do not give back the gold that people accidentally spend.

Makes me wonder why nobody complained about the placement of the tokens during the testing if it isn't that optimal.
