Number at top of screen when out of moves

Does anyone know what the number means under "All Stars" on this screen?

Note that the above two screenshots were taken after the same level - the first one was before watching ads for extra moves, and the second was after using up those moves and not finishing. The number seems random to me - a thought I had is maybe it is for debugging purposes by King indicating somehow the particular server instance? Just a guess. Does anyone actually know what it means?

I think it's how many blue candies you'd win if you passed the level and, conversely, how many you lose if you don't continue. I think? 🤔
