App freezes

Hello,

My Candy Crush Saga game keeps freezing after I complete levels. And sometimes I use coins and a UFO booster, the level froze directly and the UFO WONT WORK and when I reopened the game it sent me back to the same level and the items were gone.

This is also affecting timed challenges (for example completing 22 levels for coins). This also affecting super color bomb as I’m losing it after losing a level. I’m very tired of this as it keeps happening

Hello @1066473723 there appears to be an ongoing issue that is causing people's games to freeze.

Don't hold your breath waiting for a fix as King has said they can't find an issue.

Could you please check my account and restore the lost items?

This won't happen unless you have paid real money for the items you have lost. King will not replace items you lose and that you obtained by playing the game.

Please also note that this forum is just a forum for players of the game and as such no one here can check your account.
