I wrote yesterday to ask what happen to my qualifier disappear I was in 4th place and all I see is the information icon it’s been gone for 3 days now how do I compete if I did not have the qualifier board
I already reached out to them about just waiting on their response thanks for trying to help
As QueenB suggested in the FAQ thread if you feel you need to contact player support do this via the Help Centre by following the green link in the FAQ thread.
We are all players just like yourself and don't work for King or represent King. This community page is a discussion site for players. Some issues we can advise on and help with, unfortunately being kicked out of All Stars is not something we can really help you with. It happens to some players every year and we never find out why. It could be a technical error or deliberate.
There is a clause in the Terms and Conditions which states that:
King may review gameplay and Tournament play in an effort to ensure fair play and will actively remove Participants from the Tournament and/or require Participants to forfeit any Prize(s) where we reasonably believe they have violated these All Stars Rules and/or the Terms of Use.
Whilst I have no idea what this means specifically it sounds like a kind of clause that will cover King to remove the event from any player at any time without having to explain why they did it.

I read through the qualifying section from top to bottom and I did not see anything specifically about that what I did find was this please see below:
Changing your time zone does not automatically disqualify you from the tournament. However, you must not be traveling in or connected through a VPN to a non-eligible country during the event. Adjusting your device's time may affect game timers but is not listed as a disqualifying action.
So I am asking again why I was removed because there is no mentioned if it the comment added came from the king community totally unfair I will reach out to king community to find out why this is happening I play in these tournaments every year and this is the first

You are unable to compete if you do not see the qualifier leaderboard.
I suggest you read through the official FAQ here:
There is a section about the event disappearing.
I think the leaderboard might disappear if for any reason you change the date on your phone forward or back beyond the dates of the round.
