Has anyone else suddenly lost the ability to watch ads for extra moves?

During today's session, I was able to watch ads for extra moves in exactly one level. For the rest of that episode and the entire next episode, I completely lost the ability to watch these ads. I never spent money on the game. Since losing those ads, I only ever had the option to spend gold bars on extra moves or use my boosters.

It's quite unfortunate because I recently hit a massive difficulty spike somewhere in the 4300s. In levels 4401-4415, I nearly went gold negative if I were to exclude the elite Candy Royale that I had won earlier.

Has anyone else ever had the ads for extra moves suddenly go missing for a long time, even without ever spending real money? I just want to know what to expect, such as when those ads will come back.

(Yes, I know that ads aren't meant to be a permanent feature. I'm specifically asking if other people have gone through the exact thing I'm describing.)

Thanks, everyone, for the comments. As of today, my ads are back for now, but I don't think I can safely rely on them for the near future. I might take a break anyway to reduce the chance of further shenanigans.

Whether you posted in the Discussion board or the Support board doesn't really matter as the same people will answer your posts no matter which board you post in. The advantage of posting in the Discussion board is that you do not attract community points farmers.

Also posting in Support doesn't mean anything official and King aren't likely to be notified of your problem.

Yes, I have seen this. It's likely that King are running a test on your account to see if they can nudge you into spending real money by withdrawing ads. This is probably not a coincidence that this is happening during a particularly difficult range of levels. It's all coordinated this way by the app/AI. Hang in there and the ads should come back before long. If you are stuck on a particularly difficult set of levels and running out of gold my advice would be to give the game a break for at least one week. That always works for me.

Yes @シリンダーノット during the last two All Stars competitions I lost my adverts features. Coincidence? Most definitely not.

I have also randomly lost my adverts features for a period of seven months.

I have my sweet cinema and ads turned off since March 3rd and it's taking a toll on my all stars. Never bought anything.

I have had exactly this happen several times. The first time was a year and a half ago, and that time they were gone for 3 to 4 weeks. It was awful, but luckily I had about 4000 gold bars at the time, which carried me through that one. I was down to 1000 when the ads came back.

Since then I think it has happened to me 3 other times, but for each of those it lasted less than 2 days. I'm hoping for you that you will have this experience and have ads back in a day or so!!!
