I was In episode race for points, I successfully passed level 4382 but got kicked out… why?

Nice job passing the level!
From the community side we unfortunately can’t see players’ Episode Race records or game history, so I’m not able to check exactly what happened in your race.
In many cases this can happen if the race timer runs out or if another player finishes the whole episode first, since Episode Race is based on who completes all the levels in the episode the fastest.
If this happens again, could you please take a screenshot of the Episode Race leaderboard and share it here? It would also help if you include your Game ID, so we can take a closer look and report it if something doesn’t seem right.
You can find your Game ID by opening the game and tapping Settings (the cogwheel).

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
