when I’m stuck in a level and try to use ads so I can continue and have more boosters. Some ads glitch and my screen gets stuck. I needed to close the game and lose the level and my streak, and my challenges
Hello @Rlbrenner and @ScottPatrick and @Dac0d3r, Using the instructions in our Help Center, I reported a faulty ad (blank screen with no option except to "skip" the ad and lose the reward). The first response from Player Support came from an AI bot looking for the following "essential" information:
I used the "Contact Us" link through my game's Settings/Help Center to submit the information but could only attach screenshots after getting the inital reply with a ticket number in the title of the email message.
While it is incredibly frustrating to encounter faulty ads, I encourage you to use this process to report faulty ads. Only with such feedback will the faulty ads be removed.

Now the ads are totally broken. Trying to watch an ad for extra moves, candies, and just now after winning a race I attempted to watch an ad for 5 extra gold and it did the same thing. The ad showed a black screen and went back to the game and the 5 gold were greyed out. This has happened to my wife all day also. How are we supposed to get ahead in the All Stars challenge if we can’t watch an ad for moves, lives, extra gold, candies? This need to be fixed now. It just happened again and this is what happens after watching a black screen for a video. Clicking claim does nothing either.
I have a similar issue with ads constantly locking up or freezing. The only thing I can do is to close Candy Crush completely then go back into the game and start over. Many times I'll have the Super Charger Color Bomb and of course lose it. The ad freezing seems to be getting worse everyday.
I'm very frustrated that more times than not I wait all the way through an ad and am kicked totally out not only loosing the reward but my progress as well. Most often it is an Amazon ad.
