Two Color Bombs

anyone know a lower level where I can match two color bombs? I’m on level 1445 and I need to match two color bombs (x25) to fulfill the chocolate box. So far, I cannot find an old level that offers color bombs.

Level 1000 is great for other fulfillments, but not really for color bomb matches.

Any help is appreciated.

In my brand new games I use level 45. It gives about two and doesn't take long to finish. There is a colour bomb dispenser and it can be used to create two double colour bombs per play quite easily.

On level 1433, there are two pairs of color bombs locked in chests.
