Not able to buy gold bar ..

I am not able to buy gold bar. Getting a error YS . Tried contacting my bank too ,but they are saying it's a third party app ,wecant do anything

How do I resolve this ?

Are you sure the error is _37 and not _07 @nj_1001

Error is happening after confirming the payment .

or_fgvem_37 this is also the error code that I am getting

I tried paying through other mode of payments too.. same error .

I am playing through the game app on Android . Checked with my bank ,they said there's no problem from their end .

* Whether you are playing through the game app or Facebook/Browser

Also, just to confirm, does the error appear immediately when you try to make the purchase, or only after confirming the payment?
