I think there’s a small mix-up here, so let me clarify.
The Level 3 you see on your profile in the Community is only your community rank. It shows how active you are here in the forum, but it is not related to the game and it does not affect Candy Crush All Stars.
To participate in Candy Crush All Stars, the requirement is about your level in the game, not your level in the Community.
As long as you have reached level 5 in Candy Crush Saga in the game, the event can appear in your game when it is available in your region.
So you don’t need to reach Community level 5. Your Community rank does not affect the tournament.

Maybe I'm not explaining my own question properly.The all-star requirements state that only those at least level 5 can participate in the live stream, but I'm listed as level 3 in the system. I wanted to ask about this.I'm trying to understand how to reach level 5.
Oh right @Guliz_BJK in that case there is no 'fastest way' of getting there as Stage 5 of the All Stars doesn't start until the 1st April and you can't get to the 1st April quicker than anyone else.
Also before you get to Stage 5 you have to come first on your leader board in Final Knockouts Round 1 (Stage 4) which starts March 26th
Stage 5, which is the conditions in the All-Star

Are you asking about level 5 of this community, or Stage 5 of the All Stars?
