The game is constantly freezing, it's been 2 weeks, what should I do?
Hello @Busin the game crashing/freezing has been complained about by a lot of people of late.
King will always blame a player's device and/or internet first even when the same problem is affecting a lot of people at the same time. The fact that so many people are complaining about the same issue would, in my opinion, mean that King must be involved with the problem rather than loads of people suddenly having issues with their device and internet.
All you can do is carry out the basic troubleshooting as suggested by QueenB and then hope that King can eventually discover what is going on.
@QueenB as someone else has correctly pointed out freezing, that causes people to restart their games, isn't the same thing as the game crashing, so the issue won't be highlighted by your crash logs.

Sorry to hear this has been happening. Let’s try a few quick checks that often help with freezing issues:
• Make sure your game app is updated to the latest version • Restart your device • Check that your device has enough free storage space • If you’re playing on mobile, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the connection makes a difference • Force close the game and reopen it
