Retrieving my current progress via Facebook not working.

I have been trying to login using my Facebook account and retrieve my account but it has not been working for days now. It keeps telling me the link is expired or may have been removed. Kindly help me with how this can be solved. It is not easy starting at level 1.

I’m playing the game on my IPhone. I uninstalled it by mistake and reinstalled it back. To retrieve my progress via Facebook is not working because I linked with my facFacebook account. Kindly check the attached for the error message

It has been a while since I logged into the game on my iPad! But, I do not remember using any “links” though! Hence, for my clarification, can you please answer couple of questions….

Are you playing the App version of the game?
If so, which link are you trying to log into the game?
Would you mind taking a screenshot —> (a) of the “link” or (b) where you are clicking “on the link”?

I can buy gold $2.99 and payment successfully and after showing error something wrong and didn’t receive gold 5 times already and my payment go to my account and I didn’t receive please fix issue and refund my money
