I completely complete level 8 and 10 levels and 12 levels but I don’t receive my reward why it’s that happen it’s happen many time I have good internet too why
If this happens to you a lot @Manpreet11 please try this next time: Just before you play the final level of Candy Royale close the app, check your internet and reload the app. When you have loaded the app make sure you can see other players on the map screen and that their player cards will load when you click on their avatar. That is the best way to make sure you are connected to King's server. Candy Royale will not pay out the gold if you have lost connection to the server, so it is very important we check we are connected before playing that final level. I find that if the player cards load that is the most reliable sign that you have that connection.

When you did not receive rewards from any of the events, all you can do is send a complaint to Player Support team through the game! If you need assistance with sending your complaint, please let me know which device you are using!
