Hi i reinstalled the game because it was advised by the chatbot since my color bombs are missing when it rrinstalled 150+ color bombs gone. Is there a way to bring it back?

Thanks for sharing what happened and I understand how frustrating that must be, especially after following the advice given.
Unfortunately, boosters that are stored in the game are saved locally on the device, which means they can be lost if the game is uninstalled and reinstalled. That’s why they may not appear again after reinstalling the app.
However, since you mentioned that you followed the chatbot’s instructions, I’d recommend reaching out to our Player Support team so they can take a closer look again at your account and see if there’s anything they can do to help.
Reply back to one of your latest message with Support or create a new one and share the feedback you have shared with us so they can look into it again

Just for my clarification…. was the chatbot from the Help Center in your Candy Crush Saga game or some other Chatbot?

The advice provided should also have included the information that uninstalling/reinstalling the app results in the loss of any unused boosters @zhherrera13
If it did not include this warning then you should contact Support again to point out that you weren't prepared to lose your boosters as you had not been warned.
Generally though King do not replace items that you obtained purely by playing the game.
