Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

Please make sure you update your game to version 1.323. which should fix the issue with the Booster wheel.
If the issue persists after updating the game, please let us know and share a screenshot of the version you have installed.

I’ve checked with the team and we can confirm that there is an issue affecting the Booster Wheel, which is why some of you are seeing the timer stuck or not being able to spin.
The team is already working on a fix, and we’re pushing to have this resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, there isn’t anything specific you need to do on your side, just make sure your game is updated when a new version becomes available.

I'm done with Candy Crush. I play through FB on my laptop. No answers to the booster problem for my situation.
I do not use my phone for Candy Crush. I need to update it on my laptop. Please tell me how to do that.

@HM100 I got the new version also. It still has an hour time difference on the Booster Wheel and Daily Treat Machine. I play on iPhone 12.
I have an issue with my booster wheel since the update. Tried emptying cache and refreshing nothing has worked. I am playing on facebook
Within 1.323, booster wheel now shows correct cooldown time in Events Tab and no longer opens upon opening the game from the menu screen. However, my temp alt had 2 spins for today which is weird.
As Of Wednesday March 11th 2026, I am still experiencing an issue with the booster wheel not working.
@Carol-38 I noticed when contacting support if you go through the bot it takes a while for them to get back to you. But when it says contact us they respond right away saying we received your message.
I am having problems also. Please fix.
I know everything the studio does takes ages when it's good for players, @QueenB but I'd just got the Party booster showing on mine then whoosh it got stuck. Been over two weeks now since it was reported, I take it AI doesn't know how to fix it then 🙊

just returned to east coast of USA after 3 weeks in New Zealand and my wheel says 30+ weeks until next spin. Guessing the earlier problem in this thread plus major time zone changes have created this. How do I fix?

This sounds strange! Sometimes such issues are related to a player's device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:
If you are playing on Facebook, this could be related to recent changes to Facebook as they implement AI. If you haven't already done so, you might consider creating a King account and then syncing it with your Facebook account. Instructions on how to do this can be found in our Help Center:

Currently the bug exists still but the correct Booster Wheel items are now showing which include a 15min UFO (And Party in my case)

I have purchased coins in Candy Crush Saga, but after spinning the wheel, the additional lives and rewards are not showing up in the game. This issue is causing a loss of interest in playing. Earlier, even after the moves were completed, the additional moves I won helped me complete the level many times, but this feature is no longer appearing.
Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

So the fix was sent out for mobile users, are you also having this issue but on Facebook? Or are you playing via the game app from Microsoft Store?

Mine still isn't working though, so no more Coconut Wheels yet. I have CCS installed on more than one device the version on all being ⬇️

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough @Carol-38 but 1.323.0.1 is the latest issue as far as I know.
Note that the fix is only for mobile users and not Facebook or PC users.
