Error in loggin

Hi!!

I am trying to access the game Candy Crush Saga using my Facebook account, but it appears that my account has been blocked.

“There is an error in logging you into this application. Please try again later.”

Could assist me in restoring access to my account?

I will escalate the issue to our Community In-charge team right away! Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game?

Also I would like to know something else! Have you tried opening the game on a different device? If so, did it work?
If you have access to a laptop, I would suggest you to open the game on it and see it works!

I have already contacted the game’s support team and received an automatic email with several suggested procedures. Unfortunately, I have tried all of them and none of them worked, including the suggestion to contact the community.

I can normally access the other King game sagas without any issues. The problem only occurs with Candy Crush Saga.
