Allstar event suddenly gone

Hello

I am not sure how to get help on this. I qualified during first round to go into knockout. About 17 hr before I could see the waiting time for first knockout but all of sudden it was gone and hasn't come back at all since then. I have done multiple levels and its still not there. How come it suddenly vanished from mine screen even though I qualified right in the beginning.

No clock changes were made. I am not sure exactly where the violation was i bave reviewed the eligibility criteria.

If you change the clock, that is a violation against the rules and they kick you out of the tournament.

To be honest @haalim57 I am not sure you can get help with your issue

Every leader board Event conducted by King always results in complaints of the Event disappearing and there is never any explanation or fix provided.

Did you change the clock on your device to obtain more lives? If you did this might explain why you no longer have the Event.

Is the All Stars still shown on your Events page?

In reality all you can do is contact King Player Support through the Help Centre of your game and see if they can fix your All Stars

Failing that maybe you might get another chance in the Second Chance stages.
