I did not get the multiple on the big game. I think this i cheating,when some Players get the multiple and some not

I understand how that could be confusing. The Multiplier Tokens are limited to 6 tokens for the entire All Stars tournament, and once they are used, there aren’t any additional ones given later in the event.
All players should receive a pop-up message in the game explaining how the tokens work the first time they appear. The information is also available in a few places if you want to check it again: • In the All Stars “How to Play” section which you will find in the game • In the All Stars 2026 overview post here in the community
It’s definitely a feature where timing matters, so using the tokens strategically can really help during the later stages of the tournament.

Well in my game they did provide information informing that the tokens were limited to six for the entire competition @Villkatten
I imagined that because I received the message that every other player did as well. Maybe that wasn't the case.

Hello @Villkatten did you not receive any tokens at all during the qualifying rounds?
Some people received the tokens and used them all thinking they would receive more for each Stage, but that isn't the case. The six tokens had to last the entire competition
I have seen one other complaint from a player that didn't receive any tokens, so if there is an issue it must be very isolated.
I am not sure I would call it cheating by King as they gain absolutely nothing from depriving you of the tokens, it is just King's normal bug-ridden way of doing things.
All you can do is reach out to King Player Support to see if they can fix your problem.
