~5000 gold bars lost

during the sync with facebook (just not to loose progress), my gold bars (~4960) have been reduced to 40, but all the other boosts are still there.

i am at ~6660 level, i send a ticket but all i got was an automated response with "sorry for the loss".

has anyone experienced this before?

My issue is still not resolved and it’s getting urgent. After syncing with Facebook, my game my balance of ~5,000 Gold Bars has not returned. I was originally at Level 6660 and need my gold restored to compete in the All Stars Knockouts. Can a moderator please escalate this ticket to the tech team?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!

I am assuming that, that initial email you have received would be the automated reply! It is norm to receive that email as initial response! At the top of that note, you should see a line that says "click here to reply" (or something like that)! Please click there and explain the issue in your game. If you have any screenshots that shows your Gold Bars inventory, that will be a strong help to build your case😉
