How you report who get 25k candies in less than 10min without moving levels? It takes non stop for me to play for 24 hours. what I need to do to get so fast or there is way to kick these people out?

With the multiplier I would be able to score about 20,000 blue in 15 minutes but that would require one episode to be played. Is this player at the end of the game perhaps and participating in the star tournament? That would explain why the level shown on their player card did not advance. Perhaps you might like to share some screenshots of the leaderboard and the player card to illustrate? What is their level?
There is no system in place that I know of to report cheaters this year. The game and the event is being overseen by automated systems which should pick up on these players automatically and kick them out.
